Those things are forged or otherwise acquired all the time. Either way, it's the only way I'd be forgiving of her not going to court/jail over it. Resignation is not enough.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt for now, but I still find it hard to believe. I wonder how old she is. Nowadays, babies are issues a SSN. When I was born, it wasn't that way. I didn't get a SSN until I was old enough to work. That meant I had to contact the state for my birth certificate, cince I didn't have a copy of it. Years later, I had to get another copy because I misplaced it.

It's entirely plausible, IMO. Socials are just as easy to get as a birth certificate.

If memory serves, you can't just have a copy of your BC to get in the military, you have to get a certified copy which means he'd have to go to the courthouse of his birth city. This is a huge security issue and should cause the military to go through and see who else is illegal and dump them outside of the borders until they get things handled.

Probably depends on if a court can decide whether her testimony alone is the determining factor in the outcome of whatever case.

Every arrest, every testimony... all now null and void. Every case that she is even remotely involved will now have solid grounds for requesting new trials.

She needs to be arrested, and if found guilty, have everything she owns seized and sold so that the people can recover the wages other compensation that was paid to here over those 13 years. I'm betting it won't happen, and that the cunt will not face charges and even keep her pension.
