C7 Z06: engine horsepower/torque leak

I guess with comments like the GT500 is having problems with Sting Rays, rear end woes and weight you make it seem like the new GT500 won't be a pully, exhaust and tune away from a drivers race. The '14 GT500's with a KB, full exhaust and tune will make almost 1k hp to wheels on 93 octane, should be plenty enough for the new Z-ohslut...

What if ford make the same size cid?. a extra 125 cubes would make for a nice ride.

Eh. I'm almost positive my next car will be either a 335i e92 or e90. I'm leaning more towards a two door since I'll be stuck with a 500hp daily neon for a while that I can't beat on much for fear of breaking the input shaft, lol.

Kinda am too, would have liked to see a direct injected 427, but it hard to argue with 600+hp.. And the ease of making gobs of power with forced induction.

My edumacated guesstimate is base price will be around $78k. That will be a "base" C7 Z06. Fancy interior options, carbon ceramic brakes, etc. will push the price to $90-100k OTD.

I bet it's more than that. If memory serves me right, the C6 Z06 comparably equipped was $103-105K.

If you are into that kind of shit, I guess so. Most of the time we are all on the highway or local streets, waiting for the light to turn green. So if someone in a Vette wants to challenge me to go out to a roundy round, I guess I will bring something compatible and not a fat turd with 1000 horsepower...
