Couple of things about this were bothering me, so I went back by today and took some pictures of your "yard".

This is generally why people avoid conflict with you, because you're insane. Not borderline, not a little crazy, but section 8 unfit for service crazy, like fuck with a man because a pinstripe wasn't perfect, or trespass for pics in the rain, kinda crazy.

Also, you four internet bullies are fine examples of upstanding citizens, with morals and character beyond reproach! Especially Matt, with your putting what Sean gossiped to you out there. Your version of that story is different than reality. When we talked, you told me that you wanted help with the business and administrative side, which worked, since I generally don't do sales. Upon my arrival, we drove around for a for days and you told me to get a ladder and start selling, to use my "board cred" because people liked me more and that I needed to earn my keep. I hung out for a few days, kept trying to inquire about the business side and was constantly steered to sales, at 40%. I wasn't interested, it wasn't the offer and wasn't what I was interested in.

Want the money for the cards? Don't want that harming our friendship.

And like I said, I still used your for quoting other jobs, I mastered a trait you haven't, letting shit go.

I also think a lot of the issues with you are your apparent lack of character. You've told others and me about your arrest and conviction as a felon, your DUI and the jealous cop that was out of his mind for pulling your over, your constant bragging about infidelity (which seems to have got you single), and just the drama that has followed you for large portions of your life. I'm still in shock that you were able to get a CHL, all things considered.

Why?

It's pretty simple. Your crew dug 16 to 18 holes around the house and had dirt left over. Instead of removing the dirt you or the crew made the decision to spread it over the yard hap haphazardly. Taking what was a fairly flat yard and making it a mess. Do you not recall stating "ehh a couple rains and it will smooth right out" after I complain to you directly? Your crew also left trash around the yard and on the front porch. I don't know where you work now, but where I work that is unacceptable.

Regarding price. I shared with you the price from another quote (as you asked) and you gave me an estimate (not written). I did tell you the budget was limited before the estimate was given. I didn't beat you up on price. As a matter of fact I didn't ask you to lower your price at all. You also had a "down" check the next day. As stated you were delayed in the final payment because of you inability to follow through with the paperwork. Regarding the other quote request. I requested those before and during the foundation repair work. If you didn't like the way I handled my business you should have been man enough to say so instead of dragging your ass.

These facts are simple

Edit: I stand corrected. It took you 3 months from the date the foundation repair was complete until I received the documents mentioned above. This is after requesting them 3 times through PM alone.
