Come on now, she was a perfectly acceptable set of training wheels

It wasn't a terrible vehicle, but I hated the looks of it. Not convinced they could be made "cool" without MAJOR work.

    Couple from google images:

This appears to be a European version. Body is slightly different:

    IDK.. I'm not convinced.

Oh, I know this. But the sr5 can be converted into a gt-s and that swap is becoming more popular due to the lack of clean gt-s'. But I agree, the gt-s and 4age are much more awesome! I personally like the Levin gt-apex. A 20v swap with itb's would be nice too.

I went from a reliable POS 1981 Toyota Corolla hatch to a unreliable POS 1985 Cherokee with the shitty 2.8 chevy engine. It was a nightmare.

I had recently gotten married to my first wife, and she got pregnant. Needed to buy something quick and cheap. I drove that thing until it died, and let my apartment complex have it towed away. I had that bastard for about 6-7 years though, and beat the hell out of it.

I guess I've been pretty lucky, I've been extremely happy with every vehicle that I've owned, each one was what I needed at that time in my life. The '98 GT gave me the most challenges, but like Eric and his SVO, I learned a lot, and wasted a lot of money, but that's all part of the hobby.

Yes, it's our current 2006 Ford Five Hundred. Over all it's a pretty good car...after replacing the valve body, electronic throttle body and chasing an electrical issue. I'm pretty sure the Ford dealer knew of the issues when they sold it. I traded in our 2007 Expedition EL for this to save gas and lower our debt but had to spend at least another 3K just fixing the problems.
