Both Pizza Inn and Mr. Gatti's are still around. Pizza Inn tends to focus more on it's new concept, and Gatti's is developing a new concept. But both are still around.

Only Gatti's I know of is the one in Athens TX

Eating Cici's once a month is a guilty pleasure! I have them make me a thin crust Italiano with ham, pepperoni, and jalapenos. I usually just avoid whatever crap has been sitting under the incandescents.
