Why would you want my input on this? I am not LE. I can tell you that I would not have shot a man in the back that I did not know or whom I did not see commit some horrible crime. To me based on what can be seen in the film the man was killed for no justifiable reason.

No real sugar coating this one. If you shoot a un armed guy in the back that's running away you are going to be in trouble. Now had the guy gotten his taser, and he would have shot him the second it happened, it would be a good shoot. But fuck a bunch of dropping it next to his body. Looked like he slapped it out of the cops hand and then ran off.

Why is no one talking about why this guy ran from police twice, and took a police officer's taser? You do not have the right to resist arrest. How many people will die before they get that through their thick ass heads? Has any man or woman been killed by a police officer in a high profile case in the past 10 years that didn't resist arrest? It's a gamble people, police are people just like you, they can make dumb decisions, even reprehensible ones. If you're really willing to gamble your life away over some juvenile ass tantrum, this is what can happen.

Running from the cops is bad, most definitely. As Chris Rock said, "If the cops have to come and get you, they're bringing an ass whoopin with them".
That being said, there is no evidence (not yet, anyway) that he took the taser. The only evidence as of now is that his was struck with the taser, the officer dropped the taser, shot the man 8 times in the back, went back and retrieved the taser, then dropped it beside the mans soon-to-be-dead body.
I cannot find any way to play devils advocate here. He murdered the guy.
