But as mentioned above, La Altena gets hot deliveries daily and they keep them in a warmer until they run out, and they tend to run out around 1-2pm on weekends.

If you swing out this way and don't call me for a beer I'll hide your crutches, bitch! I'm less than 5 minutes from La Altena and less than 10 from LNP.

Think I will altens. Gonna hit that place up,during lunch on Friday. p.s.,having twins

La Altena used to be on the other side of O'Connor, in the shopping center where Patel Brothers grocery is (used to be a Minyard's). It was a tiny little place. Almost like a hallway. They just moved across the street to a larger place about a year ago or so.

So you'll have to let it sit for a while before cooking. Not sure if this is better than others that have it marinading earlier but I got tired of the marinade from Michoacana and prefer this one instead. Also the burgers need to be pre-ordered like a week in advanced as they only make so many.
Yeah I like their fajita better than others...and they trim it really well..That with beans and flour tortillas always hits the spot.

This place is spectacular. They did have the fajita burgers everyday but you have to give them some advance now. Nothing like fajita meat jammed into beef.
