Plus, you better have that mofo ready to ship, that day. Amazon has caused this.

Son of a bitch! So roughly 18% to sell shit on Fleabay, huh. That's a nice little cut for them thieving mofo's. Though you can sell whatever you are selling on their website.

Wow. Sounds like paying taxes in a blue state.

I don't know the specific percentage, just that over time they keep taking more and more. There's the final value fee, then the straight up cut they take, then shipping, the listing fee, honestly if you sell something for 50 bucks, by the time you pay all their bullshit fees you'll be lucky if you get 30 bucks.

I've been a buyer and seller on Ebay since around 2000. I've sold hundreds of things on there, but the fees have increased dramatically over the last 3-4 years and I decided to stop selling things about a year ago. Just not worth it anymore.

I never used eBay but once or twice to buy something small, then the third time I bought a car in Nebraska sight unseen. Lol. Worked out well although my nerves were kinda crazy for a week.

As a matter of fact, when I've had to sent things back its been no issues on refunds and usually free shipping going back to the seller.
Im a consumer, not a seller as well , have had no problems as well since 2014. Mainly buy toys and car parts

My wife sold some home school curriculum on eBay using my account last year. The fees were absolutely outrageous and I told her to never use eBay to sell anything again. Fuck that place.
