    Bubba, I hope it helps you, but my experience hasn't fleshed that out. All I got was a big bill and lotsa weight gain.

    The most beneficial thing I've done to date has been biking. I don't know why or how, but I went from debilitating flare-ups to not having one in almost 2yrs now(knock on wood).

    I second this as in my previous post.

    Stretching is not fun but after 9 months of hardcore stretching twice a week I can just jump in and out of my semi-trucks, hop up easily off bed/floor etc.

    Feel like I'm in my 30s again.

    Go get stretched, like that shit they did in the middle ages with chains and ship wheels. Many a people have sworn by that. Hanging upside down is ok too but hard on your ankles.     Just 2 days ago, I woke up and was breathing heavy like I'd been suffocated I'd stopped breathing for so long. It scared the fuck out of me.

    Get after this as it can kill you! My apnea was too severe to be considered for CPAP. My ENT sent me straight to the surgeon. 2 surgeries later and my apnea is gone.
