Dont make sudden movements, ie: Jump outta bed
    Lift with your legs
Random pains here and there (Am I having a heart attack or do I need to fart really good?)
Brain farts (Did I have a stroke thoughts?)

Truth. Your hair doesn't stop growing, it just grows out of different parts of your body.

    53 here.
    ear and Nose hair yes.
Feet hurt after a hard day of use.

I started going to Stretchzone twice a week 30 min each. It's really helped out the hammys. I don't want to walk like an old Jewish guy when I'm really ancient. For me its as important as working out.

My grandfather told me years ago that when you get older you’ll have a lot of doctors…he was right.

Let’s see, PCP, Optometrist, Ophthalmologist, Cardiologist, Imaging/Radiologist, General Surgeon (no longer seen), Orthopedic Surgeon (no longer seen), Physical Therapist (no longer seen). All those I currently see once or twice a year fortunately are for routine preventative measures only.

I have at least 3 surgeries I am currently staring down. Not looking forward to any of them. Once you start, it is just a time bomb until other levels degrade. If I could go back to my younger self, I would tell me to step away from the ledge and don't try to go so big on every jump, lift with your legs, and stop lifting before it hurts!

Holy smacks! I once heard a semi-smart old man say,
"There ain't no such thing as ONE Back Surgery."

Good grief man, that makes my breakin self sound not too shabby. Did you do lots of manual labor or high intensity sports?
