just for the record. lemon lime four loko is nasty. i just finished 3 mike's harder 24 oz. lemonades and followed it up with a lemon lime loko and valium,. feel like i'm going to puke here in a sec. took a valium about 45 minutes ago. feel like i just took syrup of ipecac after i started on the loko, which is weird because usually this is pussy juice. it's certainly one hell of a trip. i'm staring at the tv and it's bouncing up and down and the room is spinning. can't get to bathroom without holding onto the wall. got my handy dandy puke bucket next to me. whenever i mix loko and tilt or mike's harder red lemonade + valium or 2........it's usually accompanied by projectile vomiting. loko by itself does absolutely nothing, unless mixed with other types of harder beverages.

and btw....watching pink floyd "the wall" is awesome when you mix lots of alcohol, caffeine, and valium.

i'm also going to let you guys know if OTC benadryl is indeed a hallucinogen at super high doses as rumored on the internet. LD50 for my weight is 6,500 mgs. I'm going to start off small with about 300 mg Benadryl+ 20 mg Valium here in a minute and see if there is indeed any psychotropic effects of this very old anti-histamine. I'm skeptical, but we'll see.....Out...

I used to drink a lot in college. I could drink beer all night long with the occasional shot and never 'black out'. Two 4 Loko's in an hour and I was hammered, anything after that would cause guaranteed black out.

you said that drinking to you is drinking a 6pk and 4 or 5 shots of vodka or EVERCLEAR. now i am guessing that you probably do that 5 or 6 days out of the week, am i close? if so then you are just an alky that can drink a lot. now if you only do that once or twice a week then props for being able to drink that much, i couldnt do that. you said yourself that you are a big drinker, so do like big matt did and drink 5 and tell us how you feel. i myself drink about 7 or 8 budweisers and i am feeling pretty damn good, and i do that maybe once or twice a week. if that makes me a pussy then so be it, at least i will still have a healthy liver when i hit 40, haha!

yes, i drink quite often. therefore, that's most likely and reasonable explanation as to why i seem to be desensitized to the effects of these types of drinks. as i stated above, after 1 tilt + 1 four loko watermelon, i did have a good buzz. i could feel something. to me, tilt is a placebo. however, i will say that after quickly consuming the four loko it had a tangible effect, but at 225 lbs. & being a regular drinker, that's not going to knock me out or do anything other than produce a buzz. however, i will concede that if one were to drink 4 or 5 four loko over a short interval, you probably would be unconscious. and most likely vomit at some point. they are more potent than drinks like tilt or the equivalent volume of draft beer, with exceptions like triple bock/vodka/everclear. i think what ultimately humored me the most was how some people, especially the media, overly dramatize the effects of four loko and drinks of their ilk. the same can be said about any alcoholic beverage when you go beyond moderation to excess. it's all potentially fatal and very unhealthy if taken to extremes. it's kind of like demonizing cigarette smoking, but you can walk into a restaurant bar and get tipsy on alcoholic beverages, then head home and kill yourself or someone else en route. alcohol is alcohol. change the label or packaging, but it's still ethanol alcohol. no need to sensationalize it just because they tossed in some caffeine. and imo...i don't think the caffeine sufficiently masks the effects of the alcohol, which is the primary argument for the ban. i think it's quite apparent physiologically that you are drinking an alcoholic beverage and thus experience the effects of a CNS depressant.

You people are weak who think this drinks "fucks you up". LOL....

And the Watermelon taste fine. Doesn't taste bitter. Mike's Hard Lemonade taste worse than this.

I ended up drinking 5 and a half four lokos last night. I was pretty drunk, and my head is pounding this morning. But my only night of four loko was a success.
