She is being harassed by the detective but the case is going to go to trial according to her attorney.

Honestly I've got nothing to lie about over some guys life I never met...... It was just a fucked up story so I thought I'd share a little of it. There are plenty of parts I left out though. I thought it was extremely odd he overdosed off 1 can of beer.

I haven't ever tried those things but recently I have a friend who is on trial for homicide over one of those drinks.

She told me the detective came up to her job and said her name was being thrown out there and shes under investigation and that the case might go to trial.

The girl is just scared shit less at the moment with this detective hassling her at work and what not. She's hired an attorney.

It is basically the same as drinking 4-5 beers. If one killed the guy, he had something else wrong with him.

"Might" is a big word, I highly doubt that she will be charged with murder, possibly criminal neglect or something like that. Neither malt liquor or energy drinks cause siezures in the average helthy individual.


Four Loko is basically the same as mixing malt liquor and redbull together, there's nothing inherently dangerous, the kid had to have some sort of pre-existing condition for one can to kill him.

What's fucked up is the kid would have lived the doctors said if he would have been taken to the hospital right away instead of waiting. They didn't call 911 because everyone was over 21 but the kid. As far as I know the kid wasn't on any other sort of drugs but it could have been a medical condition.

if he was a healthy normal 18yr old then i doubt the four loko was all he had in his system. i saw a chick that was 19 who had never had a sip of alcohol drink one and she was okay, of course she was pretty drunk(only 5'3'' 100lbs) but after a few hours it wore off and she was fine. it's unfortunate about the kid but i would guess he had other medical problems or was drinking something else along with it or was taking some sort of drug
