lolz, that's the best they've got? All I have to do is dispute it with the bureaus, I didn't sign anything agreeing to the debt. That will drop off with a quickness. Morons.
I'd rather go up there and shove it in their face that what they are doing is extortion and illegal.

I got one in richardson for a car i never owned or drove..
they didn't send a pic of the plate just a listing of the plate.
i went to the office that handles them for the city and the told me yes i did run it.
i explained that i have no clue what they are talking about and they told me they were going to turn it in to collections.
i proceeded to tell them what i thought of their scheme, with the kindest 4 letter words i could use, on how they were illegally selling info to create a false debt.
needless to say, i haven't gotten a call or letter from any said collection agency about it.
use the paper as shit tickets and mail it in..

Just got a red light ticket in the mail. Didn't the state make red light ticket cameras..unlawful might be the wrong word, but perhaps inadmissible for leveraging a fine sometime last year? I know it is civil, so I don't have to worry about a warrant, and I'm sure as shit not going to pay it. Dallas has been trying to collect $75 for a parking ticket on a car I sold for 9 years now, I'm certainly not lining these clowns pocketbooks. Can one of you fine upstanding gentlemen quote me anything in the traffic code that backs me up?
