Interesting. I still think a year in jail is excessive. Seems like a waste of resources. I can see fine and probation / community service though.

Being that it was a place of business your comment hold some weight, once isn't so much harassment, IMO but I can see how it could be perceived and drama queened out to be.

I work in the same line of business with all the same stipulations as he, I can tell you that any call non related to looking up parts is somewhat a break in a days work. We still have "phone shops" and "store shops" to measure our performance. It's not as big of a deal as he made it out to be, it's from from job threatening as it's more of a let's improve then GTFO.

The rest of the calls were made from whomever received the mass text to call this number, ask for Eric and troll. Idk how many calls were made, but only 1 can be traced to my phone number. I'm responsible for all the rest. But I did not do them, so I lold when to said you'd contact police. You can't claim phone harassment for 1 phone call bud. so then you made terroristic threats. And then you deleted the thread because you were made to look like the fucking fool you are.
