What the fuck? I like how you jump straight from "they're on my property" to "they're going to murder me and eat my kids"

Not according to that other guy.

If you add an amendment, you can alter anything about our constitution, even making the Constitution completely lose it's power. It could actually read

"This amendment revokes the authority of the constitution as the limiting power of the federal government and establishes a monarchy of Barrack Obama for life, to be followed by those of his choosing. No other amendment may follow or remove this one."

    Completely legal

This is a good point; there is a very large possibility of abuse. Not saying I am yet against the idea, but I do see your point. I will think on it.

It should have always been illegal, as no man should ever be held against his will in servitude (except convicts).

There are consequences for breaking the rules, and ours as a society should be far more serious than they are.

I also am in favor of public lashings for less serious offenses such as theft.

Yes technically it was legal to do, but it was wrong and I do believe those responsible should have been punished, but they are dead now and there isn't much we can do to them outside of spitting on their grave.
So now we're going to live in an ideological world? What about the people that don't share your viewpoint? Do we not allow discussion on topic because you don't agree with it/them?

Yes, and we are each making about $500 per hour during this discussion.

They can if it ends up as an amendment, and they have.
