The AJE does away with the standard engine mounts. There is a poly-isolator in the mount to dampen vibrations.

The engine plates bolt to the block and they have tabs that come down over the k-member mounts(shown above).
With the plates, Without the engine:

Yes. If you are swapping k members just continue to add oil to it.

    $280 for the k-member
$70 for the engine plates - If you decided to change engine type later, you just need a different set of plates.
Damn, late model had the listed at 100$ mark up..

The team z are 289$ they are not choromoly though. The chromoly ones are closer to 400.

if i were planning to do a k-member in the near future i'd just wait. it'll be a HELL of a lot easier with the k-member out.

Put grey rtv in the corners and where the front cover meets the block and put it back together. This works and never had one leak after.

But by seep you mean dripping or just wet around the mting surface. Gaskets seep and I wouldn't go through the trouble if its not a leak.
    It drips.

I'll prolly have to rent a picker, and then it'll be easy.

I've done it this way before by myself. It's a pain in the ass but it's definitely do-able. I actually had to change the oil pump.

floor jack, and a block of wood under pan, lift it up off frame, and put a block of wood under each side where mounts are, and lower down.. otherwise invest in a lift, you can rent them at a rental palce
