          I live in Houston, and they use these unmarked cars for the highway speed traps on I-10. They have Crown Vics and Chargers with the same decal set.

          I rarely see them moving, but I am also only on the highways at high traffic times, where typically only the fast lane is moving.

              This one is pretty easy to spot. It's usually sitting behind the police department.
