I use 1 in B/W mode to lay in bed and watch stars and stuff on a TV.
I can pick out objects down to about 8 to 8.8 magnitude (real dim).
What's it look like with zero lights of any kind around? No street lights... nothing.

When it clears up again after these storms I'll set-up outside
      live again.

The back scatter from the lights of different cities are lighting up the sky.
We are out in the "country" so there is little supplemental lighting. You visually
can not see those shadows because it is too dark. Like watching a race on tv,
it looks like day time but, you see the headlights lighting things up.

Do you want notice on next live view?

I only showed this because all the family can sit at (fill in the blank)
and watch. It will give an excuse to buy those toys.
