From past experience
They'll probably sorta fit, won't be easy to install, and its a roll of the dice whether they'll perform their function any better than stock. Imo...Don't even think about doing it unless you're going to upgrade to better bulbs like HID or LED. At the very least, the best incans. But if you do that, and your stock ones are toast, yea you'll probably be happy.
