  • Anybody Pour concrete?

I have a garage that is 18'x8' and I would like to have a slab poured in it that is good enough to store a car. The ground would need to be leveled and then have the concrete poured. The actual garage wall bases could be used as the forms. We could possibly do the leveling ourselves with our tractor beforehand if it helps on the cost.

Can anybody do this or have a hook up on it?

It just needs to be enough to store a car on. Last time I kept the car here on the dirt floor it produced a lot of surface rust on everything really fast.

How comfortable are you at trying new things? When we were adding on to our shop at my company I was knee deep in concrete. We did the dirt work, rebar, framed it up, then handled the pouring. It'll kick your ass, but you can do it easily with some friends. You can rent most of the tools needed. 2 9'x8' pours would be really easy.
