...if you physically still have the citation, you can call the precinct it was issued from. Whatever you do DONT go to the Precinct. Dallas County has a tendency to make examples of people at the window...Especially Pct. 3 and Pct. 5...

No I don't physically have it!! What precinct handles the Cockrell Hill area. Its was DP over by Gilpin and Davis. 75211 area

You can use the same picture once. Mine is still the same pic from when I was 19. I had a warrant and renewed online, got it no problem.
