My wife does refinancing and home loans. She works for Quicken loans and can get you some amazing deals. they also have realtors that they work with that you get extra money back if you use. pm me if you deed either.

Nate literally died just before closing on the house I live in... He was my agent. Huge mess in a bunch of different ways. Miss the guy a lot.
