Need a plate run

Tonight coming home from a christmas get together with the inlaws I was on 635 headed NNW in the garland area... I was entering the HOV/Express lane where it merges and there are the plastic poles that keep people from crossing the double whites. There are poles to the left and the right at this point... dumb bitch crosses the double white between the poles doing about 2-4mph vs. my 60+ mph and only left me the options of hit her or the poles to my left dividing the merge lane from the express lane. Needless to say, luckily I only need a new front bumper but her bitch ass would NOT cooperate and only fire/rescue showed up not the cops so no report and the FD told us to move cars off the road and she wouldn't follow me or exchange info.

TX plate: JNZ 2186

I realize insurance wise I'm likely screwed here, but I'd like to get at minimum her name/basic info if possible.

Location for anyone wondering... to have a visual.

Just an observation, not racist. It’s a virtual given that most paper tagged “used” vehicles are uninsured, and the driver will run if at all possible in an accident.

*****Edit***** I wonder how the NTTA feels about them, LOL. Fake paper tags would seem to be an excellent way of driving the toll lanes gratis, provided that every so often the driver changes a few numbers around in their files.
