That a guy from Texas came that close to taking it from a Yankee in a northern state says a lot about what we can expect also. I was a little suprised at the spred between second and third and the rest of rankings.

Bachmann got and deserves the win, however I would bet anything the people at FNC and the likes are shitting their pants at Ron Paul coming in second that close to her and those two being so far above the rest. And Perry got more votes than Romney? I don't think the pols is as important as it used to be, but still Bachmann and Paul have to be thrilled. FNC can throw their "Ron Paul fringe candidate" graphics in the trash...

These straw polls are just that. Huckabee placed 2nd last year, and went nowhere. If RP's rank carries some validity, so does Bachmann's.
