First of all, thanks for sacrificing one of your new car salesman to accommodate our search for a lightly used vehicle on Saturday. We found a nice 2012 that was a good fit and the overall deal worked out well. Also, now that I've dealt with the financing department at Grapevine Ford first hand, that side of the deal was the quickest part of the whole process, only about 30 minutes total. Perhaps most of the people complaining about the financing process taking a long time on their car deals is because they have jacked up credit. Either way, thanks for taking care of us, we'll certainly be back again when the time comes.
