Look what I discovered when I was removing the headers to replace gaskets, etc....

The previous owner must have thought this was ok....not....

I was just a little when I actually saw this. To top it all off, the header bolts came out with me turning them with my fingers...no wrench, ratchet, pliers....

I can't wait to see how it runs with all these little problems fixed!

It is incredible the little stuff I have found wrong with this car. My wife keeps telling me "it is a project and 22 years old, what do you expect?"

I tell her "well you would think that the previous owners would at least know what a wrench or rathchet is so they could tighten nuts and bolts that they removed!"

You should see the crap that the previous owner did to my SVO. He probably has a spot in hell with his name on it for what he did, or paid other idiots to do.

...and she breathes a new life....I have a "mild" exhaust leak on the passenger side where the H pipe bolts up to the header. It is hard as hell doing this on the floor @ 11:00 P.M. with only a floor jack and basic tools....

All of the other parts fit like a glove and I am happy with the car for now.

What am I looking at to have you guys readjust the H Pipe and resolve this exhaust leak until the spring when I do something different?

What do you recommend for a fuel pressure setting with the following mods:

                          Explorer Intake Manifold
                          GT40P Heads
                          Shorty Headers
                          75mm TB
                          Cold Air Intake
                          H Pipe
                          B Cam
Timing appears to be at 14 degrees
Plugs gapped at .050 per Toby

                          Thanks !

We can definitely square up that H!

What do you recommend for a fuel pressure setting with the following mods:
                            Look for 35-40.

Thanks for all the help today guys! The exhaust leak is still there, but only about 1/4th of what it was. It is definately no fault of yours, I just need to pony up and get the new H pipe bought and installed. Thanks for hooking up the fix on the 02 Sensors as well. That fixed the "check engine" light problem.

See you soon for more mods....
