I have an HD Dvr in the living room and the bedroom tv runs off of it (in SD, of course). I'm thinking about adding a couple of HD non-dvr receivers to the bedrooms and I'm wondering if I do so, will all of the receivers be networked so I can watch programs from my living room dvr in the bedrooms?

Nope, Dish doesn't offer the DVR anywhere service yet. Eventually they'll offer Sling's extender box but as of right now it's vaporware. It's the one thing Direct has that they don't.
That being said though I do believe the HD DVR can be configured to act as a media server, if you have a TV that's DLNA compliant or any kind of box that is you should be able to watch recordings through it. Either that or their 211 boxes and up can be converted into a DVR by adding an external drive, maybe you could move the drive from box to box?
