I still can't believe Ernie said that he didn't hit J.J. in the face, even Charles was like, WTF?!?!?! Not only did Charles (a brawler himself) say that it was a cheap shot but in the green room Charles told Ernie to keep an eye on Artest that he was going to do something.
I heard another ESPN commentator say that this might help the Fakers since Artest wasn't hitting anything (no pun).

Yes, he is. It's the only halftime / post game i'll watch. Also, Barkley was my favorite player growing up and I still have his rookie basketball card in my collection.

I agree, he's not afraid to speak his mind and that's what I really like about him.

He's the Terry Bradshaw of the NBA. Experience says a lot. He is a giant Mav's fan though. He constantly says that it's only a matter of time until they go all the way with Dirk. He says that this is the best Mavericks team to ever exist. With the energy they're playing with right now, he might be right.

Watching ESPN you would think a 82-0 regular season team was playing a 0-82 team and just beating themselves.

Those guys are fuckin jokes. Making excuses for a sore loser. Not that i'm surprised, those two are always full of shit. Besides the hockey comment which was already pointed out, my favorite excuse was that he was already punished by being ejected from the game. How the hell is being ejected from a game that you've already lost with 20 seconds left being punished!?!? He got a head start on the shower and gatorade in the locker-room, the game was already over. The game suspension was very necessary. Not that Artest is any good anymore anyways, but it gives the good lakers less rest during the game. Which is good for the 4th quarter, as well as later in the series when they are that more worn out.

Artest will serve his suspension tomorrow when the Lakers visit the Mavericks at American Airlines Center for Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
This should help the Mavs. Matt Barnes will start and that's one less bench guy they have. I hope the Mavs can keep playing great defense and win game 3 at home Friday. As excited as I am about the 2-0 lead this series is far from over. Win game 3 Mavs! MFFL!!!!
