Changing starters isn't a "game day decision". Pitchers do side work on their off days, throw bull pen sessions, and have workout routines. If you're going to do something like that it starts at the end of the regular season, and you commit to starting guys on short rest, and going with a three man roatation.

For reference look at what the Yankees did in 2009 with their pitching staff.

No doubt. You guys have solid middle relief. After that gem Holland pitched last night, mixed with the travel day tomorrow, I can't imagine Washington being afraid to pull the plug on Wilson.
