Its looking more and more like Fielder will be our big free-agency pickup. I dont really have a problem with this move. His already good numbers would prolly see a nice jump in the ballpark. Maybe we can use Moreland and some of our prospects as trade bait for a guy like James Shields or Gio Gonzalez(not likely as he is in the division). I dont know if King Felix is really an option as the Mariners dont really seem open to trading him.

Thats not that big of a loss, is it? Rangers have him figured out. I'm sure other teams do too.Originally posted by The Geofster View PostWell they won't be signing Sabathia.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I can't honestly answer that question. Don't really know enough about the guy other than he was one of the big free agents.Originally posted by bcoop View PostThats not that big of a loss, is it? He's 5-0 against Texas since 2004. He was 1-0 against them in the ALCS last year, and 2-0 this year.Originally posted by bcoop View PostThats not that big of a loss, is it? Rangers have him figured out. I'm sure other teams do too.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyHOORAY ME and FUCK YOU!

I could have sworn the Rangers killed him in the ALCS last year. And they didn't play him in the ALCS this year.Originally posted by Nash B. View PostHe's 5-0 against Texas since 2004. They put up like 5 and ran him early in Game 1 of the ALCS last year, but the bullpen fell apart and he got a no-decision. Then he only allowed like 2 in Game 5 and got the win.Originally posted by bcoop View PostI could have sworn the Rangers killed him in the ALCS last year. He was 2-0 against Texas this season, in 3 starts IIRC.ESPN player stats, splits by team.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostThe Yankees were 5-0 when he started, but I couldn't find where he actually got the wins.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyHOORAY ME and FUCK YOU!

I knew I wasn't dreaming things up.
"This one hurt the most, since they led 3-0 after Josh Hamilton's homer in the first inning and knocked CC Sabathia out after four innings with a 5-0 lead." Rivera got the save, and Mosely got the win.
He did get the W against CJ in game 5.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Can you imagine how much sweat his fat ass would have pouring down his face when pitching at home in the summer?Originally posted by BERT View PostThat and he's never hurt(yet) and he eats up innings
I bet he would lose 20lbs easily in a week or so as a pitcher for Texas.Last edited by mstng86; 11-01-2011, 11:19 AM.
