First full year. I vehemently disagreed with his promotion to begin with. I was fine with his original hiring as the OC, for about 3 games. Then his bag of tricks was quickly exposed, and he has been unable to come up with a new game plan, or make changes on the fly. Except for totally abandoning the run. He does that on the fly really, really well.

I don't really agree that he has to go, but he needs to hire a OC so he can concentrate on game time decisions and not listen to some of the coaches and make his own damn decisions instaed of looking at that stupid sheet of plays when he needs to concentrating on the game. Hes no Sean Peyton thats for damn sure.

I think they finish the season 1-3.

I think they go 2-2, and beat NY to get in on the last game.

2-2, make the playoffs, first round exit is my prediction.
