He was running full speed when he shoved him and in real time there might have been a tenth of a second difference between when Vicks foot hit the paint and he was shoved.

They're 3-1 and holding their own against arguably one of the best teams in the NFC. They also aren't really working with a longfield as Kitnas longball isn't the most accurate, which was just demonstrated by nearly throwing a pick downfield.
