Maybe he would play hard every game if they actually kept him in the rotation. The Saints were fairly deep at WR, so the fact that he wasn't guaranteed any playing time might have had something to do with it.

I doubt that had anything to do with how many and what round the picks were that they gave up.

Marshall being moved by 2 teams in 2 years at only 28 with all that talent really does say something about him though. There is something wrong with the guy.

I think the problem was that he had a good year or 2 in Denver and some people took notice and he got a big head. Since then he's fallen off the wagon a bit, IMO, and he has possibly even peaked in his career already.
