Henry's fucking high too. Anyhow.... Cutting Newman has to be worth around 4 extra wins next season. They made a big splash to sign Brandon Carr to replace him. They signed Orton as a backup QB, since Kitna retired. Not a huge splash, but Orton is a very capable backup. They let Fiametta go to free agency, which I'm not real happy about. But the FB they signed to replace him, Vickers, is supposed to be just as capable. They signed two new guards to help protect Romo. An ILB, who played at Penn State alongside Lee, and a warm body safety, who is only a mild improvement over Elam. The moves they made though, freed up what they will be able to do with picks in the draft.


I see them going either Safety or DL in round one. Whichever one they don't get in round 1, they will take in round 2. Likely a receiver in round 3. Then depth positions. Guard or Tackle, etc. Maybe a kicker.

Looks to be interesting then. I didn't even bother watching the off season stuff. As long as Garrett is still calling the shots, I can't say my confidence in the team is real high. All we can do is hope for the best and hope his idiot play calling stays to a minimum.
