Jet made Westbrook ineffective last year in the playoffs. How quickly you forget

I think it was more of Westbrook being Westbrook last year he still does it at times this yr but not as much in the past.

Yeah, Stevenson and DWest would have provided a solid defensive core, alongside Marion.

I think Deron ends up here, Not so much with D12. But anything can happen or it will be the Mavs of the 90's again

I can't figure it out, but I just can't make myself watch this team. I feel like they are just a shell of last year, and I don't have much hope for them. They truelly can't close a game. It has been that way all season long. It's amazing how much different it is from last year. They were great at applying the defense and shutting down teams late in the fourth quarter.

Honestly, I didn't have much hope for the mavs this year. They dumped alot of salary and pretty much said forget this year, but next year! I don't think we are going to get anyone they are wanting nexy year. They should have resigned Chandler and maybe stevenson for his defense.

I question the defense Carlisle throws out sometimes this season. Every time i see Westbrook vs Jet, i just shake my head and just assume its an easy 2 for Westbrook.

Jet definitely threw up some questionable shots before the last series of the game, you could tell he wanted to shut the crowd up, just too many jumpers.

Definitely annoying seeing them lose these past two games. I was pissed when Kidd, & Marion kept shooting 3's in the 2nd half. WTF is that about? Marion should not be playing the outside as a shooter, he's more of a post or take to the basket style player. Then Kidd, you love him & hate him on a daily basis. Down 0-2 but coming home, let's see what they got left.

basketball is part luck/breaks in the playoffs and the OKC is getting it, ala Mavs last season.
