Wrong. The correct golf swing with irons is a descending blowing into the ball where the ball is pinched between the club and ground. With this swing you will take a divot after impacting the ball. This is the swing that gives the most consistent control, distance, trajectory and spin.

Nuuuh-uhhhhhhh, Dr. Faggot! Tribaltalon Haney says to use the club like a pooper-scooper on the end of a metal rod and fling the ball into the green. No divots, no messy dirt flying everywhere, no backspin, no control... JUST LIKE THE PROS DO IT!Originally posted by davbrucas View PostWrong. Will you teach me how to hit the ball, cause obviously you must be on the tour.Originally posted by tribaltalon View Postincorrect. just sayin'. Now if you're WANTING to put backspin on the ball, okay. but i wouldnt call that the general "ideal golf swing".
I would say the ideal swing is the one that gets the little dimply ball down the fairway and onto the green somewhere by the little pole thingy with the flag. It sounds like you golf experts know best-er. good luck with that 20 handicap.2010 F-350 6.4L SRW CC 4X4
