How could we ever know? They didn't give anyone else a chance, that's the entire point. Bama and LSU had already played each other, they had their chance. So let the winner of those two play the best from the other conferences. How can you honestly say that the SEC had the two best teams if they weren't ever put up against the best from the other conferences? Of course the SEC is going to win the championship every year if they're the only teams allowed to play for it.

LSU beat Oregon the first game of the season. And I would have preferred that LSU play OSU as we would have another Championship trophy...and I wouldn't be out several thousand dollars!

Now that we have a QB with an IQ over 50 we have a chance to go back to the BCSNC game. I just hope it isnt against the gumps again. I will be in Tiger Stadium for that game for sure.

What do you mean? He played a full season at Butler and played in 5 games for LSU last year. Completed 8-of-11 passes for 92 yards and his first career touchdown on a 19-yard strike to Kadron Boone against Northwestern State ... Ran 25 yards on a bootleg down to the one-yard line at Ole Miss ... Entered late against Auburn, West Virginia, and Kentucky and did not attempt a pass as the team ran out the clock.
