A&M suffered from the exact same thing they did last year: giving up unanswered points in the second half. Different coach, same affliction.

Florida was A&M's chance to beat an SEC team at home. It will be a grim season for them.

We suck again! I am cautiously optimistic but the team played like what they are, bunch of young kids with a new coach and scheme. No one knew what to expect the first half and when you have a team like Florida you have to account for the changes you think the other team is going to make at half time.

The freshman receivers Evans and Johnson are going to be fun to watch. Johnson is only 5'10" but he made a hell of a 1-handed catch on the sideline.

Thing that surprised me the most was the defense, Florida is not a strong offense but considering it is a brand new scheme they did well. But too many missed tackles or ankle biting (which cause Everett to get yanked from the game).

I was very impressed with the first half out of the Aggies and Sumlin's group. But not adjusting to the adjustments Florida made after the half, was disappointing.

I think they made a great showing with a freshman QB, and will only get better with more reps under their belt. But, at least we didn't lose to a school who hasn't had a winning record since 1993... (cough)Hogs(cough)

A&M looked pretty good yesterday. I know UF aren't what they use to be, but everyone keeps thinking A&M will be the step child of the SEC. I hate A&M but a big fan of Coach Sumlin.

That qb isnt too bad either.

I agree they will most likely be middle of the pack, Missouri didn't look bad either.

A&M will do a lot better when the QB gets a few more games under his belt it didn't help that their first game was cancelled. The receiver Evans looks pretty promising since he's only been playing football for 3 years.
