kinda yes and kinda no. They have beaten some good teams, but they also get the help from the BCS blowing them.

That's just the way Tech is, every few years they will play a perfect game and ruin someone's run to the top. They are kinda like the Cowboys they have a knack for winning games they shouldn't.
