We might be watching the playoffs slip away over the past week. This team has to have been the streakiest team in all of baseball over the past decade. Hot two months, cold a month, hot a month, ice cold a month, hot a month, cold a month seems to be the way things are going this year.

The only salvation is the TB is also playing like shit, so they're still behind the Rangers in the wild card race.

That last pirate run is HUGE right now. Our offense had some momentum. We NEEDED a shut down ninth. Further proof Warsh can't properly manage a pitching staff. At this point in the season EVERY win is important

I've lost faith. At this rate we'll be 6 games out on Monday and it doesn't look like Wash knows how to turn things around. Good thing it's football season.

It's only the 7th inning and they've come back to 6-5 with 2 on base currently. So I'm guessing you posted that when it was 4-0. They play 9 innings per game, btw.

As long as we dont have to play Balt/Det on that WC game...I think the Rangers will be fine..At least I hope they will.

We've been having trouble with nearly everyone except Houston as of late it seems. Beltre has been struggling at the plate a lot lately and that's hurt us greatly since he has had a chance to drive in multiple runs and has not been able to deliver.

I'm thinking it's a Detroit/Cincinnati series this year with Cincinnati taking it all. Been bullish on the Reds all year. Ain't changing my pick.
