Shouldn't matter to them either. Win and you're in. Lose and you're doing home. Even if TB loses, you losing makes you play play-in game that's completely unnecessary. Not sure how scoreboard watching would really affect them.

Well, they control their own destiny now. IT'd be really great if Yu could snap out of his little funk tomorrow. Feel pretty good about Perez in a potential tiebreaking game, to be honest. Have to get through tomorrow first, though.

I actually think a 3-way tie would be awesome. I am so happy the Rangers have beat up some bad teams down to the end. I just hope they finish it.

if i remember correctly this is the 3 way tie scenario.

Rays will play at Indians on Monday. Winner will be the wild card #1 seed.
Loser of that game plays the rangers in Arlington on Tuesday. winner is #2 seed.

Other tie breaking senarios.

If the Rangers and Rays are tied after tomorrow they will play on Monday in Arlington due to rangers having a better head to head record against the Rays.

If the Rangers and Indians are tied then they play in Cleveland due to the Indians having a better head to head record.

Indians are at least guaranteed to be in the play in game.
