Look at what Harbaugh has done with SF. And Alex Smith isn't 1/10th the QB that Romo is. The problem certainly starts at the top, but Garrett, week after week, trots out a team that is poorly coached and unprepared. They are my team, through the bad and good, and will continue to be. But I'm not spending another dime until Jerry hires a real coach. Garrett has done some things very well. Drafting, etc. However, his play calling, and constant excuses are no way to run a team. Get the fuck out, you soulless ginger piece of shit. Your coaching as as dismal as your playing was.

We all know how this is going to go. It has already been said, Red J isn't going anywhere for a LOOOONG time. Maybe until Jerry retires or dies. Isn't it about time for him to just quite and hand over the team to a real GM. This is getting sickening.

The team needs to be blown up and it starts with the GM. If you don't get a new GM, NOTHING WILL WORK! Norm brought up great points on how many GMs hire new Head Coaches before they get replaced. The average is 2, Jerry is on 7. Maybe Jimmy Johnson as GM??? (I know it would never happen)
