Quite possibly. Of course there are exceptions, but as a rule, there's a pretty decent gap. Westlake and Lake Travis (?) are both new to 5A, I think.

Not a major difference in 5a and 4a talent. Tons of talent. We aren't talking about 4a to private rich boy schools. Im not even a Gray fan but he has talent. Scouts rates him high for a reason.
