Would you like to trade for Thompkins?

The field will be more spread but for someone who was already shaky, he's now fallen further from fantasy radar for now.
Johnson is still expected to go, their game is a noon game so if he is held out you'll be able to switch.
I'd play Austin over Thompkins even with the hamstring.

Thompkins was a dud last week, with only 3 for 16. Gronk is going to take virtually all of his red zone touches.

That's the way I'm leaning right now. Nicks has a higher projection, but projection numbers, especially by Yahoo, mean jack shit. I put more emphasis on history than they do.

Here's my thoughts. Austin isn't guaranteed to start, he's coming off a hammy injury, and has been shaky even when healthy. I just picked him up as a FA, for later in the season. Thompkins has had two good weeks I believe, but Amendola, and now Gronk threaten his targets. He likely won't see my starting lineup again this season. Nicks lacks TD production, and inconsistent. Elisha being the queen of suck lately hurts this. On one side, they are always playing from behind. On the other, even that had not helped his production until last week, and I think Philly's terrible defense has more to do with that than anything. Jeffery has more catches than everyone but Johnson, and more yards than all the receivers I listed. Most of those coming over the last two weeks. While Giants defense sucks dick, Chicago could get away with running all day and not have any emphasis on the pass. The bright side of the situation is that Amakamura will be covering Marshall all day, leaving Jeffery covered by incompetence.
