did anyone catch the Race Swap with Tony Stewart and F1's Lewis Hamilton? Stewart drove Hamilton's F1 car and Hamilton drove Stewart's cup car. Hamilton also did donuts in it on the front stretch.

me too, Lewis did a good job in that car considering that he isnt use to itOriginally posted by SS Junk View PostToo bad they had to use rain tires. Stewart looked to be driving the fuck out of that car. It's crap they don't display the on-board data. Would've liked to have seen how fast they were going in certain parts.Los Angeles Rams 11-5

Stewart was saying that his time in the indy series really helped him out. His times were faster than Hamiltons in the F1 car. Though he did have an advantage over Hamilton.
I remember when Jeff Gordon and JP Montoya did this same thing. Next thing you know.... Montoya is a nascar driver. Though I highly doubt Hamilton would switch over.Originally posted by mutherjuggzThat whole "making love" shit is for the birds. you never know, Hamilton might just want a change of scenery and try something new. Hamilton did look decent in Tony's car, and Tony had to drive the boot part of the course whcih they dont run in nascar. I think the chances that Hamilton does switch are small, but I dont think anyone thought Montoya was going to switch when he did it at IndyOriginally posted by T-TOPPS5.0 View PostStewart was saying that his time in the indy series really helped him out. True. But there have been more open wheel racers fail at nascar than succeed at it. At least from what I can remember.Originally posted by mutherjuggzThat whole "making love" shit is for the birds. Kyle Busch is having yet another great season
Kyle is showing his dominance week in and week out, no doubt about that.
Camping World Truck Series:
7 out of 9 races started
1 pole
4 wins
6 top 5
7 top 10
Nationwide Series:
11 out of 14 races started
1 pole
5 wins
8 top 5
9 top 10
Sprint Cup Series:
14 out of 14 races started
2 wins
7 top 5
8 top 10
11 races won so thus far on about 14 different tracks.....

Probably the best there is right now. Just catches a lot of bad breaks. Or the race is lost with bad pit stategy.Originally posted by papapepper View PostKyle is showing his dominance week in and week out, no doubt about that.

well its just two different types of racing and cars. Tony Stewart, casey MEars, Robby Gordon, AJ Allmendinger and Juan Montoya have been the best in the last 15 years. But then you have Dario Franchitti and Sam Hornish, Jr struggle.Originally posted by T-TOPPS5.0 View PostTrue. But there have been more open wheel racers fail at nascar than succeed at it. yeah I realize that. But...... Robby Gordon sucks plain and simple. He is king in baja type racing though. Seems like all but Stewart and Montoya failed to stand out. And JPM and AJ are not exactly doing great. They have their moments where they seem like contenders to win every now and then... But not so often. I do feel though that if anybody can help RPM, its AJOriginally posted by pHILSANITY07 View Postwell its just two different types of racing and cars. And throw in Kevin Harvick. I know he has three wins this year, but 2 have been by fluke in my opinion. And for as long as he has been in the big boy division, he doesnt have a lot of wins.Originally posted by mutherjuggzThat whole "making love" shit is for the birds. Well I think AJ is better than Montoya IMO. He has been carring the banner for RPM this year. Couple years ago he had a good Daytona 500 car. I thought he wouldn't be able to adapt to nascar, and his rookie year showed that. But his 2nd year in the 84 he got continually better and better. And you have to give Gordon some credit, he did have some good years at RCR. He also is a pure owner/driver and I dont think he has an alliance with anyone.Originally posted by T-TOPPS5.0 View Postyeah I realize that. But...... Robby Gordon sucks plain and simple.
