    Josh Brent

    Saw a story about him being maybe reinstated into NFL again. What kind of coach allows this? Garrett is a pushover if Brent is allowed to come back. What's everybody else think?

              Lol. Garrett is a pushover if THAT happens? What about every other thing he's done to show he's a pushover? It's beside the point, Garrett doesn't make personnel decisions.

                  Jerry will.. uh make that uh choice when it uh is granted.

                  Sorry, I have a real thing with Jerry and his interviews. Scripted interviews he is great, live one he says uh.... uh... uh.... so many times it drives me crazy. Once you notice its tough to block out.

                        It's actually Roger Goodell's call to even allow reinstatement, and that discussion (him and Brent) happens today.

                            Not true in this city. His punishment was on par with others convicted of intoxication assault. He was locked up for 6 months. Drunk driving, even if it costs someone their life, is an everyday occurance that rarely results in a lengthy incarceration.

                            The victim in this case wasn't exactly innocent, and neither is anyone who knowingly rides with a drunk.
