i'm glad these past 2 games havent been easy.
i'd prefer for them to show their weaknesses now so there is ample time to adjust.

Mavs have got to make a stand for their last 20 games, they are 2nd in the West and this is a great spot to maintain if they can. Their last 20 games though will be interesting for they play the Lakers twice, Knicks, Spurs, and Denver. Those will be the most needed wins in my opinion of course beating the rest would be great too.

He's like a white tim duncan imo.. not flashy, just does the right things.. somewhat boring but just a flat out great player.

looks like they got a run going, looking better, I still don't like how they began settling for jump shots though...

Yack. The mavs are a pure jump shooting team with poor defense without Chandler.

Super bad game for S.A and not so good game for Big D!

Lets hope so they seem to be lacking in intensity lately

That was just disappointing last night. Mavs shouldn't have lost that game, better yet, shouldn't have even been in the position to lose the game. I'm sure they'll have a short memory. New winning streak starts tonight at 7pm.

    Damn it...18 out of 20 ain't bad.

They lost because I picked FSW back up on the dish specifically to watch them play.

    And the Rangers.

The Mavs sat on their haunches and flat out got whipped in the 3rd quarter. The defense was lacking, too many loose balls not being secured, letting Memphis get 2nd and 3rd chances on rebounds, just all around didn't finish well. Sure they had a chance at the end when Dirk sank the fade away 2 pointer with 3 seconds to go to put them up by 1, but they should have never even been in that situation at the end of the game anyway after being up 17 at halftime. It's like they were letting guys run through the paint uncontested the entire second half. Sure, Haywood had a couple of nice blocks, but then Memphis immediately got the ball back on the deflection and then scored anyway, so those plays normal "good" plays didn't help us. We've got to get better on defense if we want a shot at beating the Spurs in the playoffs. They sure can't do it the way they were playing last night.

WTF happen last night. Didn't see the game but I have updates on my phone. At half we were up by 17 and the grizzles only scored 38 points in the first half. God the mavs defense is so up and down this season, I'm not sure they will go deep into the playoffs again this year.

    We needed Chandler bad.

I like how everyone rules out teams like the Lakers in the 1st half of his season and the 2nd half of last season for the Celtics saying they are old... but yet these two teams turn it on when it matters... THE PLAYOFFS.

    Lakers are getting scary good.
