Supposedly he can matchup against key players that Dallas might see in the playoffs.

I don't know his game very well, but they say he's a 40% career shooter (which isn't that great) but has Bowen-like defensive capability. I could see Kidd/Stephenson/Brewer/Mahinmi/Chandler being our defensive power-lineup! LOL! Unfortunately no one could score! haha. He'll be a decent backup down the bench with good defense if we need to plug him in on a Kobe or a LeBron for 6-8 minutes a game.

As for the Mavs I saw some good defense from Brewer, obviously he had a lot of fouls but I figure that will fade as he gets more comfortable playing in a Mavs uniform. Mahinmi looked really good out there tonight as did Haywood, Beaubois had a good game as well. They need to work on closing out games better, they almost blew their lead at the end. But a win is a win, Go Mavs!

I turned on the Spurs game right after the Mavs game was over. I wasn't paying close attn though...I hadn't even noticed that Parker was back until a few mins ago. I came to post about it and saw your post. That was a quick comeback for him for supposed to have been out 2-4 weeks.

I honestly feel that the Mavs are the best prepared team to beat the Spurs mainly because they are a conference rival and literally down the street from us. (relatively speaking) Not only that but Mavs have the players to match up against them.
