I guess you could call it a makeup call from last week. I don't disagree that, by the rule, it was not a catch. I think the rule is fucking stupid though because the ground cannot cause you to lose possession when you go down as a running back, but it can when you have complete control of a catch. It makes no sense at all to me. I still think this was a more critical call than last weeks pass interference reversal. Still a good year overall.Originally posted by ELVIS View PostThey changed the rules for you last week dude.

I agree 100% that should have been ruled a catch and that rule is silly.Originally posted by robray5.0 View PostI guess you could call it a makeup call from last week. That rule sucked when it was called against Calvin in the season opener against the Bears a few years back and gave Chicago the win, and it still sucks. I do like seeing it used against another team however, and particularly like that it reversed a call on the field just like picking up a flag on Wild Card weekend did. Maybe Jerry can lobby Gov. Christie to get the process rule changed.

Calvin actually set the ball down himself after he had 100% complete control. I've never heard of something that idiotic and unfair to a team.Originally posted by The King View PostThat rule sucked when it was called against Calvin in the season opener against the Bears a few years back and gave Chicago the win, and it still sucks. Doesn't matter, the ruling was neither completed the process. Whether it's unfair to one team but not to another depends on ones perspective.Originally posted by robray5.0 View PostCalvin actually set the ball down himself after he had 100% complete control. I'm a huge hater of Dallas, but even I can admit Dez is a badass. He dropped 5 passes all year. Definitely not what I would consider a "bunch"Originally posted by Baba Ganoush View PostThe cowboys were outplayed today, but that was a shitty note to end on. I'm glad it was Dez, maybe he'll bring a few more in next year. He dropped a bunch this year.
