They should be forced to change their name to the Deflatriots.

That we know of, that said. How many times has the tuck rule been used since Brady got the ruling....Originally posted by Nash B. View PostThey didn't need to cheat to beat the Ravens.
Seriously, the Ravens beat themselves!
I hope the Seattle Seahawks smash the crap out of them...be fitting.

Oh ok, I haven't seen or read the report. I figured both teams used the same balls.Originally posted by Nash B. View PostThe Colts didn't use the underinflated balls.

The Colts didn't use the underinflated balls.Originally posted by blownaltered View PostYou know they have practiced with the balls like that as well. You know an underinflated ball doesn't fly or feel like a fully inflated ball. Brady had no issues because he has thrown them before, where Luck would have more control issues. Would the Colts have won, no but it might have been closer.

They didn't need to cheat to beat the Colts for that matter. You don't get blown the fuck out, and it all be due to underinflated balls. They weren't prepared, at all for that game.Originally posted by Nash B. View PostThey didn't need to cheat to beat the Ravens.
That doesn't make it ok, though.

This is strike 2. Suspend Bellichik indefinitely, and Patriots forfeit 1st-3rd round picks for 5 years.Originally posted by Ted View PostI think that Sean Payton got a year suspension for something that had way less of an impact on the outcome of a game. I don't think the Colts would have won, but this is directly affecting play. He deserves at least a year like Sean.
When it happens again, because we all know it will, force Kraft to sell the team and relocate them to another city. Whether he had knowledge or not, this is twice now his "prestigious" organization has been caught red handed.
Of course none of the above will happen, because the NFL and officials have always been partial to NE. That, and Goodell doesn't have a sack. How that guy hasn't lost his job yet, I'll never understand.

No shit, nobody checked the ball in Seattle that was covered in Soul Glo when we got fucked...Originally posted by mstng86 View PostHow the hell did NO official on the field realize they were deflated? Sounds like a bunch of bs to me. This probably happens all the time and a big deal is never made about it.

It may have had a "less impact" on the game but intentionally aiming to injure(with compensation) is bad business and was deserving of the punishment.Originally posted by Ted View PostI think that Sean Payton got a year suspension for something that had way less of an impact on the outcome of a game. Fuck Tom Brady, fuck Belichick and fuck the Patriots. I'll never forget standing in Al's living room and him yelling "Merry Christmas, you motherfuckers!" right as the Giants beat them in Superbowl XLII.
